Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries or regions in Europe. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout. If your location is not available, please contact us at info@kitchoraliving.com.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays, and processing may take a little longer during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
How long does shipping take?
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary because of customs, weather, carrier issues, or destination-specific factors.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order value, package size, and shipping method selected.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 and free international shipping on orders over $260.
You will be able to review all shipping charges before completing your purchase.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original unused condition, in the original packaging, and include all original parts, accessories, and inserts if applicable.
What items are not eligible for return?
We generally do not accept returns for used items, opened items that are no longer in resalable condition, items missing original packaging or components, and clearance, final sale, or clearly marked non-returnable items, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges for customer preference, including requests for a different style, color, size, or variation.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
How are refunds issued?
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After your refund is processed, please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do international orders include customs duties or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or similar destination-country fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my package is delayed or returned because of an address issue?
Delivery times are estimates and delays can happen because of customs, weather, carrier issues, remote delivery locations, or inaccurate shipping information.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, reshipping fees may apply.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
If your package appears lost or is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible at info@kitchoraliving.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist you as much as possible.
Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Yes. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at info@kitchoraliving.com. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional messages such as order or service updates.
