Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment, so we may be unable to cancel or modify your order. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kitchoraliving.com.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in original unused condition
  • be in its original packaging
  • include all original parts, accessories, and inserts, if applicable
  • not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we may not accept returns for certain items, including:

  • used items
  • opened items that are no longer in resalable condition
  • items not in their original packaging
  • clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items clearly marked on the product page

If an item is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, that item is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Returns should only be sent after you receive return approval and instructions from our team.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kitchoraliving.com.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for customer preference, including requests for a different style, color, size, or variation. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In those cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

  • check your bank account again
  • contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • contact your bank, as processing times may vary
