We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

- be returned in its original packaging
- include all original parts, accessories, and inserts

Exchange Eligibility
We do not offer direct exchanges for customer preference, including requests for a different product, size, style, color, or variation.
However, if an item arrives damaged in transit, defective upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- opened items not in resalable condition
- items missing original packaging or components
- clearance or final sale items
- items marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return or the issue you would like us to review
- the reason for the request
- clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions or next-step guidance if your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the item is defective
- we shipped the wrong item
If the return request is due to our error or a confirmed product issue, we will work with you on an appropriate solution.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Inspection and Approval

Refunds Related to Returns
If a returned item is approved for refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
